At Toway Sportswear we know how important it is for your team to receive its uniforms when you need them… on time, and not a day later. To meet the needs of our customers and prove our commitment to customer service, we instituted our industry leading 1st Game Delivery Guarantee. Simply stated, if we don’t get you your uniforms in time for your first game we’ll give you 60% BACK in the form of a credit on your invoice, or a 30% cash rebate*! We are confident in this policy and have ensure that games are not missed.
Like all companies, we have a due date that you provide us for your order. Whether this is the day before your first game, or a week before, we aim to hit this date. The purpose of our 1st Game Delivery Guarantee is to provide an extra amount of included insurance to your order and create accountability for us to deliver on-time. Nine times out of ten, the due date is the date you will receive your uniforms. However, we ask for your 1st game date to ensure that we can identify the day that you MUST HAVE your uniforms by.
